The rule this site is built on
Every status carries the issuing authority and the time we last read it. Where a source cannot be read, the page says Unconfirmed and points to the authority — it never fills the gap with a guess. A wrong “No Restrictions” is the one error that could put someone in front of a fine or a fire.
